Built between deadlines and training sessions

Xero was built by an IB Diploma student in Hamburg who trains four to five times a week and got tired of the same problem every Sunday night: deadlines in ManageBac, workouts in a notes app, habits in his head, and no single place that saw the whole week.

So Xero became that place. It pulls your ManageBac deadlines automatically, puts your training split on the same calendar as your Internal Assessments, watches the load of both, and warns you before a week turns into a burnout week. The AI assistant knows your schedule because it lives next to it.

The app is built by a student who actually lives this schedule — which means features get added because the IB actually demands them, not because a product roadmap said so.
