What Xero is

Xero is a personal planning app for IB students: task management with ManageBac sync, workout planning, analytics, an AI assistant, and a Telegram bot. It's a study and organization tool — it doesn't do your work for you, and using AI features for graded work is governed by your school's and the IB's academic-integrity rules, which are your responsibility to follow.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account. One person per account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

Plans, trials, and billing

The Free plan is free forever and supported by promotions shown in the app. Pro costs $4.99/month or $39/year, starts with a 7-day free trial, and requires a card at trial start — you're charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Cancel anytime from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to an active period.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to access other users' data, no scraping or overloading the API, no using the AI features to generate harmful content, and no reselling access. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

Third-party services

ManageBac sync depends on ManageBac being reachable and your credentials being valid. Xero is an independent product — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the International Baccalaureate Organization, ManageBac (Faria Education Group), Telegram, or Stripe. Trademarks belong to their owners.

No warranties

Xero is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that synced deadlines are always complete or correct — always verify important dates against your school's official sources. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending things

You can delete your account anytime (see the Privacy Policy). We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, paying users get a pro-rated refund of any unused period.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll update the effective date and flag it in the app. Continuing to use Xero after a change means you accept it.
